How to open a dōTERRA wholesale account, step by step
The whole thing takes about five minutes and happens on dōTERRA's own website. Below are the screens you will see, in order. Nothing is charged until the last step.

Country and language
Open the form from the button on this site: your country is preselected and our Enroller ID 10452588 is already in the link. Check the country (this decides the warehouse and the currency), pick the language of the emails you will get, and press Continue.

Accept the terms
A small window asks you to accept dōTERRA's Terms & Conditions and Policy Manual. Press “I agree”. This is the standard customer agreement, the same for everyone.

Choose how to start
In the United States and some other markets you land in the online store with a progress bar on top: Select Kit → Your Order → Account Setup → Shipping → Payment → Review. Either build your own bag from any products, or pick a starter kit. Our ID appears in the bottom-left corner: that is how you know you are connected to us.

Pick a kit (or skip it)
Kits show the wholesale price and how much you save compared with buying the items separately. A kit includes the enrollment fee. If you prefer to choose products yourself, press “Start Shopping” instead and add anything you like; a small enrollment fee is added at checkout.

Account setup
Enter your name, e-mail, phone and address, and choose the account type. “Wholesale Customer” is for people who want the discount for themselves. “Wellness Advocate” is the business account; choose it only if you plan to build a team. You can switch later, so when in doubt pick Wholesale Customer.

Shipping and payment
Pick a delivery option and pay with a card. The order ships from the official dōTERRA warehouse for your country. You will get a confirmation e-mail with your member number, and from then on you log in at doterra.com and order at the wholesale price whenever you like.
Three things people ask at this point
The form shows a different country.
Go back to our site, choose your country in the list and open the form again. The country decides where the order ships from and which currency you pay in.
The Enroller ID field is empty.
Type 10452588 into both Enroller and Sponsor fields, or ask us for help below. The ID does not change your price; it only connects you to us for support.
I do not want a monthly subscription.
You do not need one. The Loyalty Rewards Program is optional and can be turned on later from your account if you decide you like the products.
